- Affordable pricing: maximum $15 per person per account (sometimes less), plus the usual $500 site license fee is waived when accounts are purchased through CTAP Region 9
- 24/7 access: Courses are available any time, anywhere via Internet access
- Flexible delivery methods: Courses may be taken entirely online, administered in a face-to-face setting, or any combination of the two
- Training: Basic user training as well as formal Mentor Training (for CTAP Online portfolio reviewers) is available through CTAP Region 9
- Professional Growth Credit: the vast majority of districts using CTAP Online have approved these hours for professional growth credit towards earning a clear teaching credential
- Certificate of Completion: users may opt to request a Certificate of Completion by submitting the course portfolio for review by a certified CTAP Online Mentor
- College Credit: users may opt to earn continuing education units through CSU Chico (1 unit per 15 hours of approved coursework) by submitting the course portfolio for approval by a certified CTAP Online Mentor and paying the required tuition ($55 per unit)
