Course List

Each course represents a specified number of completion hours and culminates in a portfolio that demonstrates the associated concepts and/or skills for that lesson. A certificate of completion and/or college credit is available for most classes.

Fifteen hours of CTAP Online coursework equals one Continuing Education Unit (CEU) from California State University, Chico ($55 per CEU).

Portfolios must be approved by an authorized CTAP Online Mentor in order to be eligible for the certificate of completion and/or college credit. The appropriate paperwork and fees are then submitted to the CTAP Online Office at the Butte County Office of Education.

In general, districts or sites usually cover the cost of the CTAP Online accounts, while individual users pay for the portfolio reviews and tuition fees.

Deadlines for submission of coursework and forms to Butte County Office of Education for college credit:
- Summer: July 15
- Fall: November 15
- Spring: April 15
