- Lesson Plan Builder - for creating, organizing, and sharing standards-based lessons
- Lesson Plan Database - teacher-created, standards-based, and searchable by grade level, subject, or key word
- Webliography - for locating and sharing useful web resources to accompany standards-based lessons
- Document Sharing - for locating and sharing just about any type of file, including templates, rubrics, worksheets, graphic organizers, electronic presentations, etc.
- Standards Database - academic content standards and technology standards, searchable by grade level, subject, or key word
- Discussion forums & chat rooms - to facilitate communication to help create an online community of educators
- CourseBuilder tool - for creating customized online course content; access is provided by request through CTAP Region 9
- First-time User Tutorial - automatic feature for new accounts; if skipped, may be accessed by clicking on Help, and then General Help
- HelpDesk - available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays (except holidays), via email or live chat
