» kitZu The Orange County Department of Education hosts a collection of free, educational, copyright-friendly media resources at www.kitzu.com. Students and teachers across the world can access pre-made collections, or "kits," of various digital assets made up of still images, background music, narratives, video and text. Each kit has a common theme and is tied to one or more California Content Standards. For students, this becomes the "construction paper" of the 21st Century -- allowing them to create reports and projects filled with a rich, immersive experience for communicating their vision of whatever subjects they choose. If you are interested in contributing content to kitZu, please contact Stacy Deeble-Reynolds at 714.966.4410 or sdeeble-reynolds@ocde.us
